- OPEX v1.11.4 — more control over files, approvals & sign-off 📎Lot-specific campaign attachments, drag-and-drop purchaser files with optional ID checks, an agent contract-approval step, power-of-attorney signing authorities, richer reporting, and four new API events so integrations stay in sync.
- OPEX v1.11.3: a big release for builders 🛠️A major API-focused release that roughly doubles what can be automated through the OPEX Public API, adding deposit receipting, editable purchaser details, and structured lot addresses for real estate, plus document input fields for business e-signing.

- Version 1.9.3 🎄The final release of the year adds firm-level support for multiple trust accounts, configurable contract-date calculation, and a new Contract Merge Fields report. It also improves multi-purchaser name formatting, updates the Settlement Calculator to match PEXA, and adds project-map signing pins and content indentation.
- Version 1.9.2 ❄️This release overhauls project dashboards with new Lots & Contracts, Stats, Map and Project Notes features, plus a project-assignment function and related merge fields. Variations gain version switching, sharing and email resend, and contracts can now be sent to a purchaser's solicitor without a mobile number.
- Version 1.9.1A major upgrade to the general document-signing function removes the six-person limit, adds preview-step field placement, categories and access controls. The release also adds per-event email notifications, a beta PEXA Projects integration with new reporting datapoints, and various general improvements.

Document signing gains optional SMS codes, archiving, drag-and-drop ordering and profile auto-fill, while the reporting module is reorganised into OPEX Reports, Custom Reports and Favourites tabs.
- Version 1.8.1 📊Launches a new Reporting menu that gathers all standard OPEX reports in one place and lets Law Firm users build their own configurable Excel reports, with column selection, permissions, favourites, draft/published states and new merge fields. Also improves handling of complex PDFs (e.g. AutoCAD) and makes individual finance merge fields show "N/A" when a contract has no finance.
- Version 1.8.0Focuses on merge fields for company purchasers and finance: you can now capture the address and FIRB status of a company purchaser's directors/secretaries, and there are new director/secretary and individual finance merge fields for contracts that don't fit the standard finance block.
