Version 1.7.4 🧨
This release introduces a number of major features and improvements to the OPEX contract management platform.
Master Contract Improvements
Improved — Users can now drag-and-drop contract elements to reorder master contracts more easily, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Signature Panel Updates
Improved — A new "small" signature panel variant is now the default for new contract elements, while existing contracts retain their larger panels for consistency.
Project Cloning
New — Administrators gain a "Clone Project" feature that duplicates contract elements and master contracts — excluding lots and associated contracts — streamlining multi-stage project setup.
Agent Lot Restrictions
New — Agents can now be restricted to specific lots, limiting their visibility when creating contracts or viewing schedules.
Trust Account Management
New — A new settings screen allows firms to store trust account details for secure deposit instructions to purchasers.
Automated Deposit Instructions
New — Projects can now automatically email purchasers deposit payment instructions upon contract exchange, with SMS 2FA-secured access to banking details.
InSite Logic Integration
Improved — New options control how OPEX contracts interact with existing InSite Logic contracts — either no updates, or status/condition updates only.
Document Visibility Controls
New — Documents are restricted to their creator by default, though other team members can be added.
Enhanced Exchange Notifications
Improved — More users — including developers and project agents — can be notified when contracts exchange.
Settlement Statement Enhancements
Improved — Total liability/entitlement figures now display per lot for easier manual verification.
Developer Capabilities
New — Developer users gain the ability to insert special conditions and additional documents when creating contracts.
