Key Features

PEXA Projects Integration

Users can now manage PEXA Projects directly from OPEX, including creating workspaces for exchanged lots and searching for mortgagee subscribers from the "PEXA Details" screen.

Contract Improvements

• Search functionality for purchaser solicitors' PEXA "Subscriber Name"
• New vendor staff approval option before sending contracts to authorized signatories

Lots Management

Bulk import and update lot information including lot number, unit number, area, asking price, child title, lot address, and notes.

Merge Fields Expansion

• "Committee Appointed" field for post-registration projects
