Overview

This update introduces three key features enhancing the contract signing and management experience within OPEX's platform.

Key Features

Enhanced Signing Navigation

The signing process now includes guided prompts across all devices. Users receive clear prompts and a simple user experience throughout contract execution on desktop, mobile, and tablet formats.

Resend Contract Emails

Users can now resend contract-related emails directly from the status panel by clicking a resend icon next to email addresses. The system prevents resend options for signatories who have already completed their steps.

Matter Number Field

A new "Matter Number" field has been added to the contract creation interface, positioned beside the lot sector field. This field includes a corresponding merge field for including matter numbers within contract documents.

Contract Status Panel

The contract status panel now displays expanded information regarding contract progress and details.
