E-settlement
Our two-way integration with PEXA Projects allows law firm clients to create projects and individual workspaces in PEXA directly from OPEX—at the click of a button. This streamlines the entire sales process from exchange to e-settlement within a single platform. When issuing contracts, users can also match the PEXA subscriber list when entering purchaser solicitor details, saving time and reducing errors.

CRM
Insite Logic is a leading CRM platform used by property developers to monitor purchaser activity across multiple channels. It offers robust features including reporting, analytics, and stock management. Through our integration, OPEX automatically pushes contract status updates back to Insite Logic, enabling real-time reporting and greater visibility for developers.
Practice Management Systems

OPEX can push and pull data and documents directly into your legal practice management system, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing data integrity. Connect via one of our public APIs, or talk to us about a custom integration tailored to your firm. We are currently working with some of Australia’s leading PMS platforms, including Actionstep, Smokeball, Clio, and Unity.
Document Management Systems (DMS)

When contracts or documents are exchanged in OPEX, they can be automatically pushed into your firm’s document management system, such as iManage or NetDocuments. This integration keeps your records up to date, supports existing workflows, and eliminates manual uploads.
International Payments
OPEX enables law firms to specify how deposits are paid, whether it is via a trust transfer or international payment. The details are sent to purchasers and secured via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). We have partnered with SEND Payments, a leading international currency transfer firm, ensuring your purchasers get the best deal on their international transfers.
