Overview

This release introduces the ability to sign generic documents directly through OPEX, including NDAs and deeds. The feature is exclusively available to Law Firm users.

Getting Started

Access the new "Documents" option in your contracts menu (limited to Law Firm users only). Click "New Document" to begin.

Details

The document wizard comprises three steps:

Step 1 — Document Information & Parties

  • Enter document name and reference number
  • Add details for each signing party

Documents

Step 2 — Upload & Configure

  • Upload PDF files (multiple documents supported)
  • Use the + icon to add merge fields and signature panels to each document

Preview & Signing

Step 3 — Send for Signature

  • Click "Sign" to distribute to parties
  • Each party receives an email prompting signature
  • Status panel updates throughout the process
  • Upon completion, all parties receive the final document with "Signature Audit Report"
  • Initiator receives notification when fully executed
