This release introduces an integration between OPEX and InSite Logic, a property developer application for monitoring purchaser activity and managing stock.

What the Integration Does

The integration automates several key functions:

• Maps OPEX projects to InSite Logic projects.
• Translates OPEX contract statuses into InSite Logic conditions.
• Automatically updates purchaser details, solicitor information, and purchase price when contracts are issued.
• Synchronises contract signing progress between platforms.
• Removes purchase records from InSite Logic when contracts return to draft status.

Settings Configuration

Users access the integration through OPEX Settings, where they can select which projects use InSite Logic. The interface allows mapping of contract steps to conditions and statuses, with an Integration Log feature for troubleshooting purposes.

Contracts

When issuing contracts on connected projects, the Status panel displays update notifications from InSite Logic.
