OPEX's final 2024 update introduces feature enhancements based on user feedback, emphasising improved contract management workflows and expanded project customisation options.

Document Management

• Improved — The "Additional Docs" wizard step has been removed; a new "Add Document" button now appears on preview screens.
• New — Users can drag-and-drop multiple PDF files and pre-configured documents within contracts.

Communication Improvements

• New — Automated reminder emails are sent to purchasers who haven't signed or submitted contracts.
• Default cadence: daily reminders for five days (customisable via Project Settings).

User Interface Updates

• Improved — Contract action buttons have been relocated to the top centre of the preview screen.
• Improved — The Status panel has been renamed to "History," and now displays contract actions, approvals, version changes, and email reminders.

Contract Management

• New — Users can now modify the purchase price and deposit details on exchanged contracts.
• Change history is retained for audit purposes.

Project Configuration

• New — Projects can be designated as "Apartments" or "Land Subdivision".
• Improved — The Lot screen has been reorganised into tabs: Lot Details, Registration Details, Additional Documents, and Notes.
• New — New fields for land subdivisions: lot width, depth, total area, type, and allocated sub-lots.

Administrative Controls

• New — Agent permission setting to control the ability to return contracts to draft.
• New — "Date of Birth" field and merge field for purchaser details.
