Contract Generation Performance

New — New projects will now use our enhanced contract generation process, producing contracts that are 5 times faster to generate, with file sizes 14 times smaller on average.

The maximum contract capacity has expanded dramatically from approximately 1,300 pages to over 20,000 pages. The new method applies automatically to newly created projects, though existing projects can be switched upon request.

System Performance Improvements

Improved — Several platform areas received optimisation attention:

• Project Contracts list screen
• Checkbox functionality on contracts

New Reporting Features

New — Users gain the ability to export project lists to Excel, including metrics like project name, state, developer information, sales values, deposit totals, and lot exchange statistics.

Dashboard Enhancements

New — Portfolio-level sales visualisation is now available through a total sales progress bar, mirroring the existing project-level "Sales Status" feature.

Safety & User Experience Updates

• Improved — The system now prevents adding more purchasers than there are available signature panels in contract templates.
• Improved — Expired link notifications are now more descriptive, replacing "Not Authorised" with: "The link you clicked has expired. Please ensure you're using the link from the most recent email."
