Overview

This update introduces support for general residential conveyancing in Queensland, enabling OPEX users to generate contracts of sale for any residential property in that state. Future releases will extend functionality to New South Wales and Victoria.

Key Features

Resale Contracts

A new menu option appears under the Contracts section titled "Resale Contracts," where users can initiate fresh contract of sale documents.

Contract Templates

The system comes pre-loaded with the latest REIQ QLS templates, requiring no additional setup. Users simply navigate to "Contracts > Resale Contracts," select "New Contract," and complete the necessary information.

Alternative options exist for non-QLS members: custom templates can be uploaded through Settings via the "Contract Templates" and "Master Contracts" options, mirroring the functionality available in Projects.

Resale Contract Settings

Workflow configurations and options for Resale Contracts are accessible through the system Settings menu under "Resale Contract Settings."
