Key Features

Replace Purchaser on Exchanged Contracts

Users can now modify purchaser details after contract exchange by accessing the "Purchaser's Details" tab and selecting "Replace Purchaser." The system:

• Maintains original purchaser information
• Preserves the original contract unchanged
• Keeps a complete change history accessible via a "Nominations" menu
• Allows document attachments (nomination forms, etc.)
• Includes both original and replacement purchasers in email campaigns

Replace Purchaser Solicitor on Exchanged Contracts

Similar functionality exists for solicitor changes through the "Contract Details" tab using a "Replace Purchaser Solicitor" link. This feature:

• Retains original solicitor details
• Preserves contract integrity
• Maintains historical records
• Supports engagement letter attachments
• Uses new solicitor details in communications

Update Purchaser TFN

Purchasers' Tax File Numbers can now be updated directly from the Sales Schedule interface.

PEXA Projects Improvements

The "PEXA Details" screen received layout and validation enhancements to minimize communication errors. Vendor links now open in new windows for convenient reference.

Email Campaign Ordering

Recipients in email campaigns are now automatically ordered by lot number, providing organizational consistency.
