Signing Acknowledgement

Users can now configure custom terms that different parties must accept before signing. Configurable for:

• Purchaser Solicitors
• Purchasers
• Guarantors
• Vendors

Signature Audit Report

Significantly expanded with comprehensive metadata including:

• IP addresses of all signing parties
• Device and browser information
• Email event timestamps (sent, received, opened, link clicked)
• Security method used
• Signing event timestamps with location coordinates and unique signature IDs
• Full contract history documentation

Guarantor Emails

Guarantors now receive personalized email communications rather than purchaser-generic messages.

Draft Project Deletion

Draft projects can now be removed from the system.

Settlement Status

Post-exchange contracts can track settlement progress with status options:

• Unconditional
• Extended
• Default
• Settled
