Overview

This update introduces an "Email Campaigns" feature alongside several other enhancements for project communication and contract management.

Key Features

Email Campaigns

• Send bulk communications to purchasers, solicitors, vendors, and agents
• Insert merge fields by typing "#" or selecting from a list
• Brand emails with project logos uploaded in settings
• Attach files to messages
• Track delivery, opens, and bounce metrics
• Search, filter, and export recipient lists

New Lots Screen

• Completely redesigned project lots interface
• Attach lot-specific "Additional Pages" for automatic contract insertion
• Export lot data including pricing, bedroom counts, and status
• View contract statuses linked to each lot, including rescinded contracts
• Add notes to individual lots

POA Signing Controls

• Disable "Sign under Power of Attorney" functionality through auto-process settings
• Prevents vendors from accidentally requesting POA signatures

Additional Enhancements

• Enhanced POA email workflow directing users directly to signing screens
• Agent capability to return contracts to draft status post-purchaser signature
• Multiple property development company assignments per project for better collaboration
