Version 1.7.2 👷🏻

This release expands contract creation capabilities in OPEX. Previously, only Law Firm and Agent users could create and issue contracts. This update now permits "Developer" users to generate and issue contracts for specific projects designated by administrators.

Setup Instructions

To enable Developer users to issue contracts:

1. Navigate to the Project.
2. Access "Project Settings > Options" and select edit.
3. Locate "Allow Developer users to create and issue contracts" and enable it.
4. Click "Save".

Functionality

Once enabled, Developer users gain access to a "New Contract" button on the project dashboard.

An important constraint exists: Developer users can only create contracts for projects that you specify, and they must do so from the project dashboard — not from the "Project Contracts" list screen.
