Today's update we've given you more control over which projects your users can access, made it easier to manage system settings, provided a very advanced "settlement date" function and implemented "screen specific" help articles AND videos! šŸ“ŗ


ā–¶ļø Screen Specific Support

  • Clicking the help icon (top right of OPEX) now opens the support article for the screen you're looking at

  • You'll now see a "Play Video" icon on some screens, click it to see a video related to the screen you're looking at

  • Ability to restrict Legal users to specific projects

  • Ability to restrict Developer users to specific projects

  • New "User List" screen that combines all user types

  • Daily reminders for unsigned "Documents" are now automatically sent for up to give days

  • More advanced options for Settlement Dates

  • Configure user-defined strings with merge fields

  • Allows for complex options such as "Settlement due on X days from date of sale or Y date, whichever is the latter"

  • Super configurable, supports just about any set of options

  • Provides a simple user interface for people creating contracts (agents etc)
