OPEX.

It's short. It's sharp. It’s fast. Because ‘exchanging contracts’ shouldn’t be the slowest part of a real estate deal.

We offer two products - OPEX for Business and OPEX for Real Estate. Use one or use both.

OPEX for Real Estate is a comprehensive platform for managing contracts and sales across a range of project types, including off-the-plan developments, land subdivisions, and registered projects.

Set up a project, build your master sales contract, and invite your developer clients and marketing agents into the platform. From there, agents can create sales advices, legal teams and agents can issue contracts, and facilitate electronic exchange using our proprietary e-signing technology. Track progress, generate reports, share data, and integrate seamlessly with PEXA for settlement—all from one platform.

OPEX for Real Estate supports all types of real estate contracts, including project contracts, variations, retirement living, build-to-rent, building contracts, and even one-off sales.

OPEX for Business is our powerful e-signing platform designed for companies of all sizes. It is included with OPEX for Real Estate but can be used as a stand-alone system for all your organisation’s digital signing needs - not just property-related contracts. Whether it’s NDAs, employment agreements, proposals, cost disclosures, applications, or internal forms, OPEX makes the signing process seamless and secure.

Unlike other platforms, you only pay for documents that are fully executed - eliminating costly envelope fees. We also support documents of any size.

There is no cost to set up OPEX. For law firms and property developers, we provide free training and assist with setting up your initial projects and master contracts. You only pay for documents that are exchanged through the platform.

Most of our legal clients pass this cost on as a disbursement in their fee proposals. Our document fees start from just $5 + GST, with no costly “envelope” fees. Unlike competing systems, OPEX supports documents of any size.

For projects hosted on OPEX for Real Estate, a small annual hosting fee applies.
